Log Account Codes Directly on Akixi
Currently to log account codes (Akixix Horizon) they have to be entered on the handsets. The problem with this is the caller on the other end hears the beeps. The only way around this is to put the caller on hold, enter the account code and then resume the call which is a bit clunky.
Would it be possible to allow users to enter account codes for the active call they are on directly in Akixi? For example if users had Akixi Presence they could use this to classify calls with account codes to be reported on at a later…

Unreturned call stats
Would it be possible to add the unreturned call statistic in a standard historic call report? Eg how many unreturned calls were logged against the device.

Adding a Log Section for Administrators
Would like to see “who is doing what”. Anything dealing with adding / removing / updating Telephony Servers, Partitions, Devices and Users (really the billable stuff). I review our account near the end of each month for billing purposes. Any changes I have to ask why (if it wasn’t done by me). And because I am not sure who did what, I have to send an email to all administrators as to who/why they made these changes.

Order-By and Adjusting the Headers
Example would be historical reports. Would like to click on a field within the header to order-by. Also, some data exceeds the space allowed to view. Would like to adjust the header width to expand.

Messages can be multi-tenanted for branding purposes
Messages are system wide. We cannot tailor for specific clients without affecting everyone else. So we have to make this as generic as possible. Would be nice to have messages assigned at the Telephony Server / Partition level.

Folders for My Reports
It would be nice to have folders included in the “My Reports” section. This way I can organize my reports. Currently, I have a long laundry list of reports I must search for. Not to mention having to name the report so that it corresponds to the partition I am working with.

Wallboard click-through to drill down
Ability to click a tile on the wallboard and dynamically filter and drill-down to the data detail that makes up the wallboard display - ie, 8 Abandoned Calls tile on Wallboard - when clicked and report will display that shows a list of eight abandoned calls and its associated metrics/stats. Tru

Allows one user to be assigned to more than one partition
We have clients that need access to multiple partitions. For instance, Enterprise 0064700001 has four partitions. I would like to assign these four partitions to one user. Because we loaded all different enterprises within the same Telephony Server and AKiXi only allows one partition to a user, I would have to create 4 users (not cost effective). I believe the work around is to create individual Telephony Servers for each enterprise, then provide the user access to the Enterprise level. *** Alex at BluIP ***

Allow multiple email addresses for scheduled reports
Ability to add more than one email address to receive a report. This can be a chargeable item. AKiXi only allows one email address. This cannot change without affecting messaging / notifications to the user who created this report just because he wants to send the report to his supervisors. To add a AKiXi 2000 user, just so they can get a report once a month, does not warrant the cost associated. Not to mention, you must recreate the report for every user added. Therefore, the users are creating Microsoft Outlook rules to forward these emails; a definite inconvenience.

Copy reports within the same supervisor
Be able to duplicate reports in the same supervisor by way of a copy button. This would generate an identical report with a suffix of - copy (1) etc. on the report name.

If a device is moved from one partition or telephony server to another (within the same server), have the data associated with that device move with it.

Duplicate Agent Details from Device Input
The ability to replicate the Agent details when entering a device. As the information is pretty much the same, it's time consuming to have to create the agent as well as the device. Just a simple tick box to say "Create Agent" and pull through the relevant details.

Report on SIP Trunks
With many businesses connecting existing PBX solutions to SIP trunks from many suppliers, it would be great o have an Akixi introduction product to see the power of Call Analytics at this Cloud introductory level. This in turn will enhance the business benefits to move completely to the cloud and hence more powerful business intelligence tools.
