  1. We are selling a lot of NEC's Univerge Blue hosted platform, the system itself is great but reporting capability is poor. I wonder if this system is something that NEC and Akixi have discussed integration options? It would be fantastic to be in a position to offer Akixi alongside Univerge Blue.

  5. It would be useful to integrate directly with Power Bi, I'm building a sales activity dashboard, one KPI is calls times but currently we have to manually export the data, add to a spreadsheet and then it updates the report, we want to remove the manual entry.

  8. Kakapo's Unity Product is a great Call and Multi channel contact centre solution, that integrates with Cisco Broadsoft to provide call control and additional functionality to our customers. One of the things missing is the detailed reporting capability that Akixi offers. Currently we provide them both, either separately to customers or as part of an overall solution as they generally fit well with one another. What would be great is if Akixi's Omni 3000 reporting suite could report on the full multi channel offering that Kakapo brings - WebChat, WebCall backs, Social, SMS and email.

  9. We would love to be able to use Akixi on 3cx - other than Horizon this is the only other VOIP solution we sell on a large scale and it's widely adopted by our competitors also. I think it would be a great combination.

  11. Currently we have a number of customers on Gamma SIP Trunk Call Manager with an on premise PABX. This enables us to provide customers a number of SIP Trunks - 10 for example - but also enables us to call queue in the cloud.

    The issue I have is that the data for the calls queued in the cloud on the Gamma SIP Trunk Call Manager (STCM) is not passed to Akixi on the PABX/Akixi Server. STCM has basic reporting and dashboard built in but this then leaves our customers with two places they have to look for information and…

  12. With Horizons new Collaborate product this has drop downs to say whether a user is on a call or on lunch etc.

    With the user being monitored on Akixi can we report on how long they are in each state. I know this is available if they set up in call centre but can we do the same using collaborate?

  16. we use AD and would welcome the opportunity to login users via ADFS (with WID - SQL is one step too far for us). That way the user has no visibility of credentials which minimises administrative overhead for on-/off-boarding.
