I spoke to Gary about this yesterday and although the call was worthwhile I haven't managed to come up with what I would like.
I have a report which shows an extension and the start stop times of calls through the day. It isn't the easiest thing to interpret, in chart view the best I can get is a time line.
What I would really like is to generate a chart which looks like the attached pic.
It is so at a quick glance it is possible to see just when extensions are in use throughout the day, thereby…1 vote
I think there should be an option to include all calls that go to voicemail in the recaptured lost callers.
Currently on our platfrom if a call is answered by voicemail it doesn't show as a o nthe lost call report, even if the caller doesn't leve a voicemail and is a lost call.
But we have client who need voiemail but want to manage if voicemail calls are being left that they are being returned promptly.1 vote
