    However, with regards to your comment @Cory, I do like your idea of sorting the agents in the longest time idle, which would go some way to showing next agent on deck with regards to longest a longest idle time. Which is a stat we are looking to include in the not too distant future. Please feel free to comment and vote if this is along the lines of what you were thinking:

    Akixi does have visibility of the static order that agents are set in queues, but other than having the queue set to simultaneous or cyclic, we would not be to have visibility of which agent would be next on deck as a result of any other distribution logic type, such as longest waiting, weighted distribution, etc.

    Thank you for the suggestion, but I am sorry to say this is not something we could include in the Akixi platform at this time.

    Thanks for your suggestion. I am pleased to say that the ability to change report field names and wall board titles is about to be launched in 2.2, coming in Q4 this year.

    This also comes with the ability to alter the column widths of fields on table reports, but the ability to manually change the width of wallboard tiles is something that we will be looking at in future.

    Thank you for your feedback. I hope you are getting to grips with Akixi.

    The wallboard view is designed to automatically resize and fit to any size of any screen. This allows the wallboard to fit any size of screen or orientation of mobile device perfectly.

    If you would like to have the same wallboard display exactly how you want on both a desktop and mobile device, simply copy the desktop and adjust it for the mobile device and get the best of both worlds.

    I am pleased to say the the Report API has now entered the Beta testing phase, ready for 2.1.

    The API will allow connectivity directly to reports within a supervisor account, allowing report data to be accessed directly.  Due to resource limiting, there will be a restriction on how often data can be pulled from reports.

    We are set to launch 2.1 towards the end of Q1 2020.  An official launch announcement will be made in the next few weeks along with all release material and documentation being made to Akixi partners at the same time on the Akixi Partner Portal.

    We currently have an enhancement in development for this feature, which we are planning to include in the next software release (2.1).

    To help set expectations, the API will allow polling of data from reports on a frequent basis, but will not provide real-time call data.

    Hi Homan,

    Thanks for the clarification. We understand where you are seeing the limitation now.

    You are able to have and report on as many ACD NA codes as you want, using the ACD NA code report, but I see what you mean with regards to the ACD Agent report.

    I have added the increase in ACD code reporting on the ACD Agent report for review.

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for your comment.  I can confirm that Akixi does not restrict the number of codes you can report on.  If you require more codes, it would be worth speaking to your telecoms platform provider.

    We do not currently integrate with the Gamma SIP trunk infrastructure, only the Gamma Horizon platform.

    We are considering new platforms for integration as an initiative we have planned in 2020. This suggestion will be updated as part of that initiative.

    Thank you very much for you suggestion.  One thing to be aware of, is that although the ACD status colours are a set palate, most of the colours used in the ACD states (NA, DND, etc.) are available on the wallboard colour palete, so it is possible to set wallboard tile colours to the same colour as agent states.

    A manual option to reduce call record times could be feasible. I have moved this to review as this may work well along side some other enhancements that we are also considering.

    Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately announcements are not an event that the telecoms platform makes available for Akixi to monitor, making it not possible to to add this metric to any reporting within Akixi.

    The colour that a tile flashes when hitting an alarm threshold depends on the colour that the tile is set to. I would recommend if you do not want a tile to alarm red, change it to a different colour where the alarming state does not show red
