"Time since last call"
On extension list report, typically when reporting on an outbound team / telesales / telemarketing - a visual "Time since last call completed" would be useful for a supervisor to see or a wallboard to demonstrate who was not putting in the activity.
Akixi displaye 'real-time' stats based on 'time in state'.
When a user 'logs in', becomes 'available' their 'time in state' refreshes and starts from 00:00.
When a users phone rings their state changes to 'busy' and if they do not answer it reverts back to 'available' and starts the 'time in state' from 00:00
The 'time in state' does not show how long between calls but how long between activity on this user e.g available, unavilable, ringing, busy
