Support for more ACD codes beyond the hard limit of 10.

Thanks for the clarification. We understand where you are seeing the limitation now.
You are able to have and report on as many ACD NA codes as you want, using the ACD NA code report, but I see what you mean with regards to the ACD Agent report.
I have added the increase in ACD code reporting on the ACD Agent report for review.

There is a hard limit on the ACD codes reported within Akixi of 10. Telecom provider has no limit on ACD codes being used. However when going to create a report, and going to the ACD codes tab there is a limit of 10 Not Available codes. We cannot add more.
This affects adding a field to the report as well, when selecting Add > ACD Times > Not Available Code Times we only have the 10 that are available under the ACD codes tab.

Thanks for your comment. I can confirm that Akixi does not restrict the number of codes you can report on. If you require more codes, it would be worth speaking to your telecoms platform provider.

This would be extremely useful as we use a range of ACD codes to monitor behaviours. A hard limit of 10 is very restrictive.
