Integrate with Microsoft Power Bi
It would be useful to integrate directly with Power Bi, I'm building a sales activity dashboard, one KPI is calls times but currently we have to manually export the data, add to a spreadsheet and then it updates the report, we want to remove the manual entry.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your very detailed reply and for exploring the possibility of an Akixi integration with Microsoft Power Bi. The use case you have provided is indeed very helpful and allows us to understand the challenges that your customer is currently facing and what we can do inside Akixi to help.
A plug-in Akixi integration with Microsoft Power Bi is something that we are looking to investigate further for possible development, however this is on the long-term roadmap so currently we do not have a timeframe that we can provide.
In the meantime, it is actually possible to utalise the Akixi Report API to build your own integration with Microsoft Power Bi – for more information on the Akixi API, you can check out our documentation pages here: https://akixi.dev
As an Akixi partner you can also download the ‘Akixi Data ETL Examples and Suggestions’ document from the Akixi Partner Zone (https://partners.akixi.com) where you will find examples by other Akixi partners as to how they go about automating the manipulation of files and data external to Akixi, by way of third-party solutions.
You’re correct, the Akixi Dashboard Report is an excellent way to display up to 6 reports on a single display – this will hopefully be an easier and more productive way for your customer to view their most insightful reports on a single display. The How to Create Dashboards in Akixi video (https://youtu.be/YBEGAeQ1AzE) may be of use to your customer to get them up and running with creating Dashboard reports.
Please do let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,

@ The Akixi Team and, Marcus Webb,
Has their been any further development/consideration on adding integration from Akixi into Microsoft Power Bi to automate the raw data transfer? We have a large customer that is a Aftermarkets Auto Body Parts Distributor that wants to import raw data from Akixi automatically into Microsoft Power Bi. Our customer's Executive Team has relied on daily reports on KPI metrics for their Call Centers, and Call Center's Agents over the years through Power Bi from their previous managed phone system provider to make daily decisions on how to improve response times with their customer's interactions with their many Call Center Queues and Agents.
Our customer has expressed that the effort of manually exporting raw .CSV data daily to import into Microsoft Power Bi is very time consuming and not an efficient use of time to be able to show multiple reports across departments to their Executive Teams in Power Bi in a single pane of glass. Call Center Supervisors are also having to wake up early in the morning from the United State's Central Time Zones to manually pull raw .CSV files from Akixi to then import into Power Bi to be able to report daily in the morning to their Executive Team on the United State's East Coast Time Zone.
I am familiar with the Dashboard report template in Akixi that allows a customer to bring in up to 6 individual reports into a single pane of glass. We will explore further to see if the Dashboard template will meet the customer's requirements and help transition away from needing to use Power Bi.
I am always more than happy to jump on a phone call if you think it would be helpful to advance this project by further discussion.
Thanks

Hi Iain,
Thank you for posting your suggestion on the feedback portal. I can definitely see the benefit of automating the process when sending report data from Akixi to Microsoft Power Bi.
We are always keen to look at further ways for Akixi to be integrated with other platforms and applications.
We will submit this feedback for further evaluation and keep you updated with any updates.
Thanks,
Marcus
