    Thank you for raising your suggestion on the Akixi feedback portal. We really appreciate the time you took to think about your idea.

    I can see how it would be really useful to undersatnd the percentage of calls that are coming into the business by each number.

    Something that you may already be aware of - you can use the 'Calls By Tel No' report to filter on how many calls are coming into the business from external numbers (see attached). I know that this does not give you overall percentages, but you can use this to undersatnd which external numbers are calling in the most. I hope this helps as a work-around for now.

    This integration with CallCabinet is currently in design and is in the process of being sized before this is sent to the development team for build in the product.

    We will update this forum as soon as the integration is sent to the development team.

    I am sorry we could not be more specific with a timeframe, but I want to assure you that we are in the process of getting this integration built into the product.

    Thank you very much for raising your suggestion on the feedback portal.

    On the Calls By 1/2 hour reports, the half hour period should still show, even if there has not been any activity in the half hour window. Please see the attached as an example where as you can see, there was no activity during the 11:00 - 11:30 window.

    Hi Paul,

    Thank you for taking the time to raise your feature request on the feedback portal. This is really appreciated.

    On the Historic Call List report, you can left-click on a call to bring up the Call Segment Details window. This will show you which devices were offered the call before it was answered/abandoned, etc. This is shown in the Device ID Offered field in the attached screenshot.

    Does this provide you with the solution to the request you have raised?

    As you are aware you can copy reports from one Supervisor to another via an Akixi Admin account.

    I can see how it would be very useful for Supervisors to copy reports to one another without the need of admin intervention.

    I will get this raised as a feature request where it will be reviewed by the product team.

    Hey Phil,

    Thanks for replying back, this is really helpful. It sounds like what you are looking for is an adaptation to the ACD/DND Activity Log report where a new field such as 'Time In State For' would show you exactly how long Agents are spending in a state before changing to another status.

    Alongside this, it sounds like it would be beneficial for your customer to be able to further filter the ACD/DND Log report to only show certain state changes and exclude status updates such as when their device is alerting.

    If you could please let me know if you think this would help with your customers requirements? I will then get this raised as a feature request and reviewed by the product team.

    Hi Phil,

    Thank you for raising your suggestion on the Akixi feedback portal.

    This functionality is actually already available with Akixi. Using the ACD Agent List report, you can see how long individual agents are spending in each N/A code.

    Simply add the required agents to the report and then add the 'ACD Times > Not-Available Code Times' fields to the report.

    Hi all,

    Thank you for raising your suggestions on the feedback portal. We really appreciate hearing of new platforms for possible integration with Akixi.

    Towards the end of last year, we carried out a review of Wildix, but unfortunately this integration has not made the cut at the moment.

    The product team will continue to evaluate integrations, opening up new platforms to Akixi. We will keep an eye on this particular post should there be an increase in demand for integration with Wildix. We will keep you posted should we have any updates.

    I can see the benefit of having a search option on the reporting portal to help make it easier to find reports and folders that have been created.

    A search facility would also be very helpful on reports that contain multiple rows of data.

    I believe these would the main use cases of a search facility on the portal, but please do reply back if we have missed anything.

    We will raise this suggestion for further review and will continue to keep you updated with any advancements with this request.

    Thank you for your helpful feedback following the 2.2 upgrade. I can see the inconvenience with having to use the scroll-bar to locate devices that have longer descriptions. We will be looking to make tweaks and improvements to rectify this.

    The navigation changes within the latest release were essential from a technical back-end perspective to allow us to develop better features and enhancements on a modern framework going forward.

    Thank you all for your valuable feedback following the 2.2 upgrade. We are listening to all feedback that we have received so far on the new UI navigation. We will be looking to make tweaks and improvements to ensure the navigation has all the functionality that is required.

    The navigation changes within the latest release were essential in getting Akixi structed on a modern framework. This framework will ultimately allow for better features and enhancements going forward.
