Changing this to view a different period also modifies the report settings to the reflect this change. This becomes a problem when reports are scheduled to email a certain time period on a regular basis.
Changing the date/time period when viewing a report should not modify the report settings permanently.2 votes -

ACD NA Colour
ACD status when not available highlights a different colour to stand out. Ideally grey but that would mean the hold colour changing.

Allow multiple reports to be selected at once
Allow for the shift+left click function when selecting reports, for example if you click report one's checkbox, then hold shift and click report four, it selects everything between as well.

Excluding Devices During a RETRIEVE ALL EXTENSIONS / AGENTS
I have a client with a large enterprise containing multiple locations. They are adding locations once every week. Some of the devices they want to capture data, some they do not want. I am now over 20,000+ devices and growing.
The issue I am having is (1) I delete those devices I don't need info on, (2) I add a new location within BroadWorks, (3) I do a RETRIEVE ALL EXTENSIONS / AGENTS for the new location, (4) the previous deleted devices reappear (which is what I expected).
A great product idea would include an additional field in the Devices…

Do not Count Unanswered Call Center Calls offered to an Agent Count as Overflowed
According to our troubleshooting with Akixi, any unanswered call to an agent (AKA Bounce) will count as an overflow on the wallboard.
This can greatly increase the Overflow counts on the wallboard.
If an overflow rule is set, specifically one sending the call off platform, then only those calls should be considered Overflowed.

Ability to Mix Lite extensions on 1000+ sites.
Now we are starting to get more Sites with Lite, it occurred to me that perhaps we should encourage sites to be able to easily test the Real Time Stuff on certain extensions selectively.
Likewise, when we get the classic reseller config for a doctors surgery or similar when they add just 3 or 4 extensions for monitoring on 1000, it would be good to be able to get them to get some further value by adding other extensions for reduced monitoring .
I think it would work similarly to the Hotel Room restricted extension functionality but with the reseller…

Calls by Week - Filtered by Month
When running the calls by week report, the first and last week often run over the previous and next month. The label shows this, but when you then filter by month it hides the data from the other months. Makes for a very confusing report and it looks like it contains data from a period that it doesn't.

Being able to schedule reports to run every 30 minutes
would it be possible to add a 30 minute option to the scheduling section in a report?

colour/code stamping calls
Instead of using ACD disposition, would it be possible to introduce a feature for the end user to color stamp the call to show what the call represents such as customer service, sales, returns or new order or place an icon or a code through the akixi platform without agents needing to disposition the call.

A visual addition to Akixi Lite
I believe the Akixi Lite version will be greatly enhanced by adding some visual content. My idea would be to investigate a visual (possibly fixed) but informative dashboard for the range. This would appeal to the start-up businesses and smaller end of the analytics marketplace. The feature may give samples of reports such as the wallboard, the chart views, and other live reports found in 1000 etc. However, they would be general overviews for the whole business and encourage customers to upgrade to higher products. Crucially, they would deliver visual strengths of Akixi at a very competitive pricing giving Akixi…

Alarms - Flash out with Extension number
Hi Team
As of now "Alarms" feature have the ability to alert with a sound or to flash/highlight the "Tab" .
Can we please have the ability to flash with a coloured pop up window with the extension number that met the criteria say 10 minutes talk time for example.

Name import for Number identification
Import a CSV file to Akixi to give a list of known numbers and a name identity. Then when reports are produced, have a name field which shows names of matching CLI's captured.
