  2. We have been asked by your support team to split our customer Partitions between multiple Telephony Servers, even though we only need 1 (and would replicate the existing link to the same Broadworks server).

    In splitting our Partitions between Telephony servers we will need an 'All Telephony Servers' search option for Partitions, which your portal currently does not provide.

    This is more of a 'must have' than a wish list item, but we were asked to raise it here.

  3. Quick method of resynchronisation for when items are deleted from Broadsoft/Horizon Currently need to mass delete and read, a tool to check discrepancies and fix would be useful
    and coupled with this an email alert to advise when the two are out of synch

  5. Add "Adandoned" Counts and Percentages for Inbound Answer Performance in Fields > Call Counts & Percentages like Akixi does today for "Answer". As with Answer, setting/configuring Abandoned will be done from the Settings tab of report add/edit.

  7. Currently, the audible alarm will only sound once while the configured threshold is met. Request would add in the ability for the audible alarm to continue sounding, as long as the threshold is met, at a configurable cadence .

  8. We are regularly asked by customers about using 3rd party contact information to improve the context of their reports.

    Principally for historical CDRs this would mean appending the records with a contact name to see more easily who the caller was.

    We have been advised of a workaround whereby dummy DNIS entries can be used to generate this information, but this solution is not scalable, or dynamic.

    Our suggestion is that if Akixi reads the Broadworks Enterprise Common list for corporate contacts by API, any CLI matches could result in the names being appended to the CDRs without Akixi needing…

  9. A report of calls by day of the week but arranged month to month. So, for example: In September we made 100 calls on Mondays, 250 on Tuesdays and so on.

  11. Reseller level access to all the customers we manage and ordered, so that we do not have to have individual log in's to assist customers.

  14. Currently to log account codes (Akixix Horizon) they have to be entered on the handsets. The problem with this is the caller on the other end hears the beeps. The only way around this is to put the caller on hold, enter the account code and then resume the call which is a bit clunky.

    Would it be possible to allow users to enter account codes for the active call they are on directly in Akixi? For example if users had Akixi Presence they could use this to classify calls with account codes to be reported on at a later…

  16. Would like to see “who is doing what”. Anything dealing with adding / removing / updating Telephony Servers, Partitions, Devices and Users (really the billable stuff). I review our account near the end of each month for billing purposes. Any changes I have to ask why (if it wasn’t done by me). And because I am not sure who did what, I have to send an email to all administrators as to who/why they made these changes.

  17. Example would be historical reports. Would like to click on a field within the header to order-by. Also, some data exceeds the space allowed to view. Would like to adjust the header width to expand.

  18. Messages are system wide. We cannot tailor for specific clients without affecting everyone else. So we have to make this as generic as possible. Would be nice to have messages assigned at the Telephony Server / Partition level.

  19. It would be nice to have folders included in the “My Reports” section. This way I can organize my reports. Currently, I have a long laundry list of reports I must search for. Not to mention having to name the report so that it corresponds to the partition I am working with.

  20. We have clients that need access to multiple partitions. For instance, Enterprise 0064700001 has four partitions. I would like to assign these four partitions to one user. Because we loaded all different enterprises within the same Telephony Server and AKiXi only allows one partition to a user, I would have to create 4 users (not cost effective). I believe the work around is to create individual Telephony Servers for each enterprise, then provide the user access to the Enterprise level. *** Alex at BluIP ***
