Add "Adandoned" Counts and Percentages for Inbound Answer Performance in Fields > Call Counts & Percentages like Akixi does today for "Answer". As with Answer, setting/configuring Abandoned will be done from the Settings tab of report add/edit.

Report over split time period
Would like to be able to schedule report on a split time period e.g. 8.00am to 8.00am rather than just midnight to midnight, e.g. yesterday is full day no option for split period overlapping the midnight hour

When viewing a report on the portal you can change the date/time period by clicking the clock icon in the top right of the report. Changing
When viewing a report on the portal you can change the date/time period by clicking the clock icon in the top right of the report. Changing this to view a different period also modifies the report settings to the reflect this change. This becomes a problem when reports are scheduled to email a certain time period on a regular basis.
Changing the date/time period when viewing a report should not modify the report settings permanently.2 votes -

There is no point in the total bar flashing when setting alarms on extension list report.

Ability to show how many users are set to a specific availability/ unavailable code across a day
Ability to show how many users are set to a specifc availability/ unavailable code across a day at different times.
This would allow supervisors to see how many people for example were in the lunch unavaiable code at 12:00

Targets for users on real time reports
Currently alarms can show when a user hits a call made or received target or even a talk time target. sometimes flashing Red gives the wrong message and then other alarms are lost. Can Akixi have a target setting as well as an alarm setting with two different fields and colours?

Automatic Synchronisation after changes in Broadsoft
Function to trigger an automatic synchronisation when there is a change within broadsoft to groups or users as we have found without an immediate synchronisation agent log in/out does not function

Order-By and Adjusting the Headers
Example would be historical reports. Would like to click on a field within the header to order-by. Also, some data exceeds the space allowed to view. Would like to adjust the header width to expand.

Pin Field Header On Report
It would be great if the reporting field header could be pinned to a report. At current, if you scroll down on a report then the field header does not display at the top.

Propagate reports from a Supervisor to other supervisors
Give supervisors the ability to propagate their reports to other supervisors, with the ability for the originating supervisor to have the ability to control the reports. with the ability to make them read only to the propagated supervisors.

Folders for My Reports
It would be nice to have folders included in the “My Reports” section. This way I can organize my reports. Currently, I have a long laundry list of reports I must search for. Not to mention having to name the report so that it corresponds to the partition I am working with.

Name import for Number identification
Import a CSV file to Akixi to give a list of known numbers and a name identity. Then when reports are produced, have a name field which shows names of matching CLI's captured.
