    Hi Marcus, they do but not in real time - if the report is open but not refreshed it will only show 1/2 intervals with activity within.

    If you have the report open and set to real time, then navigate away - then navigate back to it at 35mins and 5mins (after the interval changes) the Zero call interval does not appear

    API / SFTP for automated export / log in and retrieve for core data to be loaded into other line of business applications - in particular this customer uses akixi for scheduled reports to be sent to business managers - and they need to be able to import the call data into their Business Hub where the business managers can see all activity (invoicing, charging, telephone activity, payroll, etc....)

    At the moment telephony is the only item they can not import as there is no remote access to either send the data regularly or for a system to log in and retrieve to upload into their Hub.
