  1. Univerge Blue Integration

    We are selling a lot of NEC's Univerge Blue hosted platform, the system itself is great but reporting capability is poor. I wonder if this system is something that NEC and Akixi have discussed integration options? It would be fantastic to be in a position to offer Akixi alongside Univerge Blue.

  4. Akixi on 3cx

    We would love to be able to use Akixi on 3cx - other than Horizon this is the only other VOIP solution we sell on a large scale and it's widely adopted by our competitors also. I think it would be a great combination.

  5. Monitoring on new Horizon Collaborate

    With Horizons new Collaborate product this has drop downs to say whether a user is on a call or on lunch etc.

    With the user being monitored on Akixi can we report on how long they are in each state. I know this is available if they set up in call centre but can we do the same using collaborate?
