    To add to this.. You can see agents that are signed into other call centre, and their status, which gets very confusing if you move agents between call centres.

    Also - Running a report for the last day of each month, means the last few days is cut off..

    This needs to be expanded to external access to enable reporting in a data warehouse or a graphical visualization tool.

    Upvoted as we need the feature if a customer is going to use disposition codes. It's too risky top hope the agent applies the code during call. That's what wrap up is for.
