An error occurred while saving the comment Scott Rixon commentedUpvoted as we need the feature if a customer is going to use disposition codes. It's too risky top hope the agent applies the code during call. That's what wrap up is for.

To add to this.. You can see agents that are signed into other call centre, and their status, which gets very confusing if you move agents between call centres.
