Akixi integration for Gamma SIP Trunk Call Manager
Currently we have a number of customers on Gamma SIP Trunk Call Manager with an on premise PABX. This enables us to provide customers a number of SIP Trunks - 10 for example - but also enables us to call queue in the cloud.
The issue I have is that the data for the calls queued in the cloud on the Gamma SIP Trunk Call Manager (STCM) is not passed to Akixi on the PABX/Akixi Server. STCM has basic reporting and dashboard built in but this then leaves our customers with two places they have to look for information and leaves reports very disjointed as call queue stats are on STCM and user stats are on Akixi.

We do not currently integrate with the Gamma SIP trunk infrastructure, only the Gamma Horizon platform.
We are considering new platforms for integration as an initiative we have planned in 2020. This suggestion will be updated as part of that initiative.
