  1. Have Akixi automatically generate an all-encompassing "partition" level device... This allows an Akixi Supervisor with Telephony Server wide access to easily generate a report that allows them see a partition/location. It also keeps an admin from having to create supergroups.

    There would also be a mechanism where a Supervisor could select to remove certain devices from the "partition device". This would almost be like automatically creating an all-emcompassing supergroup for each partition, then giving supervisors the ability to un-check devices in the supergroup they want to exclude.

  2. Is it possible that when you filter the device names, it shows in alphabetical rather than numerical order? This particular customer has around 200 call centre groups so having to manually look through all of them is very time consuming.

  4. Allow for the shift+left click function when selecting reports, for example if you click report one's checkbox, then hold shift and click report four, it selects everything between as well.

  5. Flexible & Multiple Email Address Per Report ,
    We know we have a work around by setting outlook rules to redirect emailed reports .. so why not just have the ability within the report . If this is a revenue issue (trying to force more supervisor licences) Possibly only available in the 2000 & up product ?

  6. Please add an option to hide Akixi 3000 omni-channel components from Supervisor view if Akixi 3000 is not assigned to the partition.

    For example, Chat and Email Contacts will not display if a user has Akixi Lite, 1000 or 2000 assigned to a partition.

    A lot of service providers are very picky about what their end-users are able to see... They only want them to see products offered by the service provider. This new feature will allow service providers to control what their customers can see as far as functionality.

  7. Please add "Transferred In" and "Transferred Out" metrics to Call Counts and Percentages... This metric is specifically designed to show calls that have been "blind" or "consultatively" transferred TO or FROM a Device in Akixi. TO = Transferred In, FROM = Transferred out.

  8. According to our troubleshooting with Akixi, any unanswered call to an agent (AKA Bounce) will count as an overflow on the wallboard.

    This can greatly increase the Overflow counts on the wallboard.

    If an overflow rule is set, specifically one sending the call off platform, then only those calls should be considered Overflowed.

  9. The DND Chg Time field displays the time only with no clear indication what date the change occurred on unless the field is opened in full. My customer wanted to send a report with this data on to a manager and cannot do so. Please add the date as a configurable field to be presented alongside the time

  10. When you have both hunt groups and individual numbers in a report calls are counted multiple times. Idea is to provide a filter to only count the call once for the report without having to select final segment only.

  11. Now we are starting to get more Sites with Lite, it occurred to me that perhaps we should encourage sites to be able to easily test the Real Time Stuff on certain extensions selectively.

    Likewise, when we get the classic reseller config for a doctors surgery or similar when they add just 3 or 4 extensions for monitoring on 1000, it would be good to be able to get them to get some further value by adding other extensions for reduced monitoring .

    I think it would work similarly to the Hotel Room restricted extension functionality but with the reseller…

  12. Is it possible to record max concurrent queue length of calls waiting in a report when filtering a Call Centre group?

    Would be useful to see the max concurrent calls queuing against a queue, especially, when running a Calls By ½ Hour Interval report style so see which ½ Hour period had more calls queueing and action, accordingly.

    This could run in conjunction with our current stat 'Max Concurrent Calls' to enable the supervisor to view the highest point of calls waiting in the queues.

  13. The ACD N/A Code Usage report allows you to view individual or multiple agents together. However, when selecting more than one agent, the code usage times are not broken down by agent.

    There is no option to add the agent name field to the report, but it would be helpful when running this report to see each individual's code usage times rather than a total amount of time per code for all agents combined.

  14. The column of report names should be able to be resized. You can have long names that don't fit and it would be nice to drag the column out.

  15. Unless we're missing something, we can't see a way to rename folders. This would be helpful to save having to remove all the reports from a certain folder and then add them to a new folder with a new name.

  17. When running the calls by week report, the first and last week often run over the previous and next month. The label shows this, but when you then filter by month it hides the data from the other months. Makes for a very confusing report and it looks like it contains data from a period that it doesn't.

  18. As a Cisco reseller we need reporting packages that need the following:
    Inbound and Outbound Call activity
    Cradle to grave reporting
    Ability to total call time per user
    Management reports that are preconfigured and don't need to be adjusted from an excel format.

    Or the ability to easily modify the excel export of reports
    We need the ability to call inbound and outbound call activity for sales reps etc...
    Overall Company call volume
    Workforce Management Analytics

    This is a business market space that constitutes in excess of 10k MRR

  19. We need the ability to see more than 150 objects and allow more than 5 partitions. You currently have a select all partitions but then if you have more than 5 it will not let you use that option. I am having to run 3 and 4 reports and then combine those reports to get a single report.
