Display Queue/Ring Times Separately
The ability to display the time customers are in a holding queue seperately from how long a call centre agent handset has been ringing. At present only the total time is displayed from the start of the call entering the queue giving false data on the wallboard.

This becomes more and more important every month which goes by. I have been telling customers how this feature is under review for all of 2022. Do you think it is useful yourselves? I know it's a feature which all my Doctors surgery call centres would find useful. We have over 100 of these now active. Regards
