Immediate notification of a missed call via email
Customer facing desks requiring an immediate notification by email of a missed call where a wallboard can not be shown, as Client desk is public facing.
I have had a second request for this today, this is partically in the holiday market where a missed call has to be returned almost immediately or the caller has then booked elsewhere
Thanks for your suggestion, this feature will be considered for future implementation. To provide a workaround, you could setup a scheduled report running every hour which is filtered on just 'Abandoned' calls. Although this will not be instant, this will provide you with an hourly overview via e-mail highlighting all the calls that have been missed.
