  1. We currently have a number of supervisor accounts, all of which have copies of one another reports as we appreciate you cannot have multiple users signed into the same account at a given point. That said, what would be useful is if we could share a "live" version of the report between accounts, so that a change made to the report on account A reflects on account B, and vice versa. The only way to work around this at present is to copy the reports across once a change has been made.

  2. It would be helpful to have a mechanism in place that links associated emails in a chain, to allow for instances in which a customer may send repeated updates to an email before the first reply from an agent. For instance, the customer sends in an email, then follows this up 20 minutes later with a photograph to demonstrate the problem, and then follows this up a day later chasing for an update. The concern is there could be 3 agents dealing with what is essentially the same enquiry.

  3. It would be useful to add the functionality in to a Dashboard report that enables you to automatically apply scheduling to the composite reports the Dashboard is made up of.

    For example, say a Dashboard was made of an Extension List, Hunt Group List and Historic Call List.. The scheduled Dashboard would apply a schedule to each of these 3 repords individually and toggle the "Bundle All Email Attachments Inside A Zip File" setting on.

    While this wouldn't display in the same way as the Dashboard itself, it would enable us to collect the same scheduled information without the need…

  4. Would it be possible to fix the wallboard tiled layout view to always be the same regardless of the report viewer being open or closed? Also can Akixi use the same tiled layout for their mobile client too? I've used other reporting systems but I'm new to Akixi. I spent ages designing a wallboard layout for a car retailer, one wallboard for each branch. Then I closed the report viewer and all the wallboards changed their layout from being 4 by 3 to being 6 by 2 which messed up my design and I had to start over. Then I…

  6. The ACD N/A Code Usage report allows you to view individual or multiple agents together. However, when selecting more than one agent, the code usage times are not broken down by agent.

    There is no option to add the agent name field to the report, but it would be helpful when running this report to see each individual's code usage times rather than a total amount of time per code for all agents combined.

    The 3CX reporting is rubbish,
    There are some third party solutions, also rubbish.
    Akixi would open up 3CX to the call centre environment.

    Thanks for adding the suggestion. We appreciate that you think Akixi would enhance the 3CX offering, however I am sorry to say at this point we have no plans to integrate to the 3CX platform.

    We originally did an evaluation in to the platform and found it to be lacking the necessary integration required for Akixi to operate effectively and accurately.

    Should the platform be re-evaluated any time in the future, I will update the status on this item so that all subscribed parties will be notified.

  9. Currently alarms can show when a user hits a call made or received target or even a talk time target. sometimes flashing Red gives the wrong message and then other alarms are lost. Can Akixi have a target setting as well as an alarm setting with two different fields and colours?
