  1. Be able to duplicate reports in the same supervisor by way of a copy button. This would generate an identical report with a suffix of - copy (1) etc. on the report name.

  2. It would be helpful to be able to display data for more than one hunt group on a wallboard, not as an accumulative total and not using transitioning to another wallboard display.

    I would like to display individual data for three hunt groups on the same wallboard, waiting now, answered now, abandoned calls, etc. Along with threshold alarms per hunt group. This also not possible in the Hunt Group BLF report, the alarm shows as a total of the column.

  4. Currently, the audible alarm will only sound once while the configured threshold is met. Request would add in the ability for the audible alarm to continue sounding, as long as the threshold is met, at a configurable cadence .

  5. Have a statistic that shows unreturned lost calls on a tile in the wallbaord view. This would be filtered against the wallboard filter settings

  6. Give supervisors the ability to propagate their reports to other supervisors, with the ability for the originating supervisor to have the ability to control the reports. with the ability to make them read only to the propagated supervisors.

  7. Company templates which can be set up by an administrator or admin supervisor and deployed to supervisors then either have these so they can be locked down and updated centrally by the admin or have them as templates so supervisors can start from that report and customise

  9. Mobile app could be improved by being able to see the missed call reports, so it's possible to call people back when away from the office.

  10. Our customer would like to be able to change the column headers on the wallboard and have the ability to change the size to match the text in the header.

    This way they can make the wallboard more bespoke to their needs

If an agent makes/receives an external call and the call is subsequently barged into, the call type changes from external to internal (due to a conference call being established between the parties). If the end user only wants to report on external calls, the talk time for the conference part of the call will not show. Is it possible for the resulting call to retain it's "external" status?

  12. It would be nice to have folders included in the “My Reports” section. This way I can organize my reports. Currently, I have a long laundry list of reports I must search for. Not to mention having to name the report so that it corresponds to the partition I am working with.

  14. Add metric for "real, true actual" talk time that doesn't include hold time. Technically, talk time is the time a phone is "off-hook". During off-hook periods, callers are placed on hold, which adds hold time to the talk time metric. Please add a talk time metric that excludes the hold-time.

  15. It would be great if the reporting field header could be pinned to a report. At current, if you scroll down on a report then the field header does not display at the top.

  16. Is it possible to pin the headers at the top of the page when scrolling down a report? This way when you are on row 300 of a report, you can see the column title instead of having to scroll all the way back to the top.

  17. We have a customer with 3 wallboards in a call centre. The CC manager regularly wants to change a display on all screens. We don't want to overwrite all reports, just send 1 report to another user.
    At the moment we are having to do this manually which is slow.

  18. Unless we're missing something, we can't see a way to rename folders. This would be helpful to save having to remove all the reports from a certain folder and then add them to a new folder with a new name.

  19. When viewing reports, I am finding myself scrolling up to see the header fields. It would be nice if the header fields would stay constant (like freezing in Microsoft Excel).

  20. Would it be possible to add the unreturned call statistic in a standard historic call report? Eg how many unreturned calls were logged against the device.
