  2. Mobile app could be improved by being able to see the missed call reports, so it's possible to call people back when away from the office.

  4. Our customer would like to be able to change the column headers on the wallboard and have the ability to change the size to match the text in the header.

    This way they can make the wallboard more bespoke to their needs

We would like to exclude agents from and ACD Agent List when they are not signed in. i.e. If the report is filtered to show a specific ACD Group, we only want to see stats for the agents that are currently signed in to it. So if (for example) an agent is away on holiday, they wouldn't be shown on the report.

  6. If an agent makes/receives an external call and the call is subsequently barged into, the call type changes from external to internal (due to a conference call being established between the parties). If the end user only wants to report on external calls, the talk time for the conference part of the call will not show. Is it possible for the resulting call to retain it's "external" status?

  7. Currently to log account codes (Akixix Horizon) they have to be entered on the handsets. The problem with this is the caller on the other end hears the beeps. The only way around this is to put the caller on hold, enter the account code and then resume the call which is a bit clunky.

    Would it be possible to allow users to enter account codes for the active call they are on directly in Akixi? For example if users had Akixi Presence they could use this to classify calls with account codes to be reported on at a later…

  8. It would be nice to have folders included in the “My Reports” section. This way I can organize my reports. Currently, I have a long laundry list of reports I must search for. Not to mention having to name the report so that it corresponds to the partition I am working with.

  10. Currently, for multiple days, the report's data gives 00:00:00 to 23:59:59

    Ideally would want a New Feature “OFFSET” where one could select “+3HR” that would essentially Offset and redefine a day to: 03:00:00 to 2:59:59 (next morning)
    8/17 3:00:00 to (2:59:59 am next morning) data
    8/18 3:00:00 to (2:59:59 am next morning) data
    8/19 3:00:00 to (2:59:59 am next morning) data

    and then also be able to set secondary filter: Time Range Between: 09:00:00 And: 02:29:59 (next morning)

  11. Hi, Is there away that we can get Supervisors to copy their own reports to other Supervisors? We are getting a lot of requests to do this as a site will have one main Akxi Admin who wants to setup one set of reports on their account and then copy them to the others. At present im having to log in and do that part for them

  13. Create a link for wallboard to run in teams. Allowing a multiple locations to display a single board. This would allow multiple locations a single display that no one can fiddle with. The AKIXI users will have there own logins to pull reports. Allowing a centralized dashboard.

  14. I believe there needs to be a way of reporting on ACD Agents that login each day and log out each day that can be reported on a weekly/monthly basis.

  15. Ability to maximize the Full Screen display. I know in the last version you guys did a great job maximizing this.

    Currently it shows the task bar at the bottom. Maybe a "Checkmark" next to Full Screen Display Mode that also says Hide Task Bar.

  16. Add metric for "real, true actual" talk time that doesn't include hold time. Technically, talk time is the time a phone is "off-hook". During off-hook periods, callers are placed on hold, which adds hold time to the talk time metric. Please add a talk time metric that excludes the hold-time.

  17. Please add "Transferred In" and "Transferred Out" metrics to Call Counts and Percentages... This metric is specifically designed to show calls that have been "blind" or "consultatively" transferred TO or FROM a Device in Akixi. TO = Transferred In, FROM = Transferred out.

  18. The DND Chg Time field displays the time only with no clear indication what date the change occurred on unless the field is opened in full. My customer wanted to send a report with this data on to a manager and cannot do so. Please add the date as a configurable field to be presented alongside the time

  19. It'd be helpful to be able to select and move more than one report at a time - as far as we can see, currently you have to move reports to a folder one by one.
