  1. Currently, for multiple days, the report's data gives 00:00:00 to 23:59:59

    Ideally would want a New Feature “OFFSET” where one could select “+3HR” that would essentially Offset and redefine a day to: 03:00:00 to 2:59:59 (next morning)
    8/17 3:00:00 to (2:59:59 am next morning) data
    8/18 3:00:00 to (2:59:59 am next morning) data
    8/19 3:00:00 to (2:59:59 am next morning) data

    and then also be able to set secondary filter: Time Range Between: 09:00:00 And: 02:29:59 (next morning)

  3. Is it possible to schedule dashboards as a report for an admin as that would mean instead of two or three reports the the user would get one.

  4. Support,

    We need a report filter in which we can see percentage of multiple incoming calls from a single number divided by total incoming calls of the day. For example, if there were a total of 100 incoming calls and 20 of those calls were made by the same User, the filter should display as below:

    Source Number: "xyz"
    Destination number: "abc"
    Percentage of the calls: 20/100 (0.2)

    I know this will show a lot of single calls as well, but this would help users identifying the callers those are calling more than once a day.

  5. We run call que groups and sometime calls are missed

    I would like in Akixi on the historic call list, to click on a call and see who the call was pushed out to before it was answered/abandoned/overflowed etc… I know Akixi can see what phones are ringing so would like to feature request the ability to see what phones/users descriptions where rung on each call.

  6. Reporting for Broadworks Auto Attendant with submenus. This is a different Auto Attendant license than the original Broadworks AA. It is a more advanced AA that supports submenus, announcements, etc...

    Can you look in to adding a field for financial values vs call length?

    I.e. total talk time x manual value (e.g 20p per minute) = total call cost

  9. We already have the ability to create a 'Calls By Half Hour Interval' report, but it would be great to additionally have the option to generate a 'Calls By Hour' report. This will allow us to more specifically determine the busiest hourly periods.

  11. I would like to have the ability to modify the format of text when a report is in chart view. If displaying the chart view on a TV within the office, I would like to be able to make the text bigger/bolder to make it easier to view.

  12. Currently to log account codes (Akixix Horizon) they have to be entered on the handsets. The problem with this is the caller on the other end hears the beeps. The only way around this is to put the caller on hold, enter the account code and then resume the call which is a bit clunky.

    Would it be possible to allow users to enter account codes for the active call they are on directly in Akixi? For example if users had Akixi Presence they could use this to classify calls with account codes to be reported on at a later…

  13. A report of calls by day of the week but arranged month to month. So, for example: In September we made 100 calls on Mondays, 250 on Tuesdays and so on.

  16. Import a CSV file to Akixi to give a list of known numbers and a name identity. Then when reports are produced, have a name field which shows names of matching CLI's captured.
